Any Info on These Italian Pottery F.A.M.A. Plates?

Hi, Folks-
We're having trouble finding information on this pottery and this type of ware. The 2 plates are 12-1/2" in diameter. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

 

To start, FAMA was active in Ascoli Piceno from the 1930s to 1977. You can google and hope it translates, or maybe Walter will answer this.

The "Fabbrica Artigiana Maioliche Artistiche” (Artisan Majolica Artists) was establishedished in 1932 in the town of Ascoli Piceno on the coast of the Adriatic Sea. Production ended in 1977. A number of well known artists worked at the site but their names are unfamiliar to Americans.

 

Thanks everyone! We did some further research with some fresh key words and found out a lot, especially about the sites illustrated on the plates. We were wondering if they might have any more value than rather big souvenirs of that place. Guess we'll run them up the flagpole and see if anyone salutes. Again, thanks.
