    Not on a little phone.
Did you see what I posted earlier?

The plug appears to have the one wider prong and one regular width. 70's might even be too early.

Are you hitting the FULL IMAGE button?
Many use cell phones here to try and help at least part of the time. :)

KingofThings - I just made them full size and, again, the note says they're too large to fit. I'm afraid you'll just have to live this the above. Anyone else having a problem in seeing these two photos clearly?

    Ok.
So they are 1m or smaller or 480xwhatever number is given when reducing them.
It isn’t always a matter of seeing them clearly at this size.
It’s a matter of having to open individual photos to make them larger and to go back and forth with them to look at details so we can help you.
Then to have to close all those pages.
This is nuts to do on a phone with trying to help many people is ‘all’.

Plug appears to be the polarized type required in the US since 1962. The plug and cord look more recent though, so 1980’s or later was certainly a good answer.

I wouldn’t get too hung up on it’s exact age because for purposes of valuation or sales, people know what they like stylistically and I don’t think would pay any more for a 20th C. Item that was even several decades older or younger.

I don’t have any problem seeing what I need to see on my IPAD using the pictures now posted, seems we might want to give new posters a little slack there.

Seeing all the photos fine now. At least on my computer. :)

The design with the glass doesn't look like any older floor lamps I've ever seen, but initially from the photos, was thinking older. (However, several people more in the know than I am on this kind of thing have suggested newer, so probably what it is.)

But want to remind everyone that the plug alone does not date the lamp when seeing a newer plug. If the lamp was rewired, I would expect a plug like this.

I still find unusual that a recently manufactured lamp would have bright brass colored parts on top of a dark bronze column. I would like to see the underside of the base before calling it a modern recreation.

It's true. The cord and plug, along with the socket and shade are the parts most likely to have been replaced at some point. It would be like dating a piece of furniture based on its newest coat of paint. Most antique lamps have been rewired at some point, others may have been made electric recently, old gas light fixtures, candelabras or oil lamps

PIctures are fine; can't help with age, but I think it is quite handsome.
