    Any idea what school this belongs to?

    No idea what school, but the lyre probably indicates letter belonged to a member of the band.

    Their colors are orange & black. Penn State's are white + dark & light blue. Could be a high school or even junior high/middle school. Going to take great luck or persistence to nail this one, I think.

    It's probable a high school marching band letter. There's no way to be sure.
