Potentially Queen Anne 2 seater fireside or Wingback?

Afternoon all,

Once again, I hope everyone is both safe and well.

Purchased this as am moving to a new flat and liked this, that was the reason for the purchase and the carving to the back splat.

Have the Cabriole leg with pad food, carved arms, carved splat and crest (which I believe maybe has been replaced at a later date). Has staples for the most recent upholstering, spring. However does still have the original tacs, they look to be early due to the square shafts and cut heads.
Thinking the crest might be Victorian and the rest is Queen Anne potentially?
I purchased off eBay, £67.. BARGAIN!! The family was given it for a Charity auction by their parents.

If you're asking if it is period queen anne, the answer is no. Looks late victorian to first quarter of 20th century.

 

Looks like maple or birch stained to look like mahogany, also with @Jeff Drum, early20th or so

 

Edwardian to my eye.

 

I think slightly earlier than Edwardian, our stuff was lightening up by then. 1880s ish. Well worth the money.

 

My vote for Edwardian.
