Is this a Russian Mark

    I got this little bowl the other day, I'm thinking this mark is Russian, not sure though.
    trying to remember if I sen this mark before, any ideas ?

    Hello Billy, this is not a Russian mark. In Russia they never had crowns like that.

    The decoration looks like prunus blossoms which is a typical Japanese decoration. Beyond that I got nothin'.
