Silver(probably) bangle with cameos

hello all

Todays finds include a silver bangle with 2 small cameos on wither side. There are no hallmarks and i have not tested it, so am just assuming it is silver for now, certainly real cameos.
It has a small pin which can be released to open and close the bangle. 6cm inner diameter and 3cm height-quite substantial!
Any ideas on age and origin?

Pretty bracelet, I always like that style.
It is Italian. This Middle Eastern style jewellery was mostly made in Florence. You can also find them with repoussé appliqués of bunches of grapes.
Some have a maker's/manufacturer's mark, some don't. The silver content on these can be lower than .800.
You also see them with faux coral and faux malachite, so I think the cameo may be faux too, but that's one for @Bronwen.

Looks like you’re right on all fronts Any Jewelry. Im not certain on the cameo, certainly didnt look fake on first impression, but we will see.

 

The cameos are genuine carved helmet shell, probably from the 1950s.
