This one maybe difficult to ID. Any takers? Japanese Pottery

    Hello again everyone! Jess & Jason here. We picked these up at a garage sale for $1.00. Any idea/s on actual value or if these are collectible? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

    It sort of looks like a Lisa Larson inspired lion.

    Stylized lion? This is mid-late 20th century Japanese export for the western market. Someone MAY know the actual maker but a ton of this stuff was imported, and without a maker's mark/sticker you'll probably be hard pressed. There's a lot of this type of stuff on ebay for rather cheap prices. You might find someone that likes lions who will want this :)

    It's made to look like a sake bottle, but I doubt it ever held much except dust.
