Need help identifying this cabinet

Hi!
Can anyone tell me what the purpose is of this cabinet and/or the manufacturer? It has no markings anywhere. Thanks in advance.

 

A bar of sorts???? The three holes for chilling champagne????? Just guessing, but I LIKE it, whatever it is!!!!!

 

It looks commercial - restaurant silverware and menu station?

 

Size and depth of wells? If the right size, maybe a food service cabinet for dispensing flatware.

 

The wells are 10" deep - a bit deep for flatware.

 

I see there is a flat surface that pulls out just below the top.......are there any knife/cut marks in it when you pull it out or is it a clean smooth surface......I was thinking maybe for food prep of some sort......also looks like there’s a handle on the side/s.....so to be carried......what’s inside the closed doors?? Shelves or open space??

 

Do those "wells" come out of the holes they sit in?

 

Actually, I'm more interested in getting the manufacturers name.
