A Muddler? A bar tool?

    Picked this up at one of those yard sales where the person looks so destitute but has nothing and you buy something just to help. I believe its plated and I've seen the symbol on the top before but can't get the grey matter to focus to figure out where!

    I have seen this identified as a muddler for commercial usage. If you search "Hotel Silver Muddler H. Hooijkaas" you will most likely find one or two that were made for a hotel, luxury hotel (bar) Cruise Liners, etc.
    Don't recognize the logo on the top of this one. Many have a logo plus the name of the company on it.
