    Looks like a Caberet personality. Is that a cigarette holder in he/she/it's hand?

    S/he seems to be standing over a low table. Is that a paintbrush, perhaps an artist?

    Can't really tell what the person is holding. And his other hand is in a pocket or so? The black ground makes it hard to see.

    It looks like a 70s take on 30s Weimar decadence. Maybe it's someone doing a scene from Cabaret?

    Given the ears I believe it might be a portrait of the love child of Dracula and Mr. Spock.
