New to Antiquing

    Hi my name is Justin. I'm newish to Antiquing. It has been a hobby for many years to refinish/refurbish vintage and antique furniture.
    Due to being diagnosed with cancer a few months ago I have now started to do much more. It gives me something to occupy my time. Think I have a pretty good eye for antiques.

    I assume by fans you mean the electrical kind?

    Any Jewelry is the go to person for the other kind....hand fans.

    We affectionately refer to her as AJ.

    Very sorry to hear of your cancer. Distraction is a good therapy, in addition to medical treatment of course. Hope you recover soon, and in the meantime, enjoy the forum.

    Hi again Justin!!! Distraction and Attitude are Awesome healers (along with treatment!!) when it comes to a cancer battle!! Sounds like you're right on board and hopefully will do very well! Also wishing you a speedy recovery!

    Funny, you don't look newish. I'm still newish here myself & have 'met' so many really knowledgeable, generous, supportive people, a community of the like-minded who love the beautiful, the mysterious, the obscure. When there's a new post, we're like fish in an aquarium when the food flakes are sprinkled in, eager to snap it up. You are a very welcome addition.
