Featured LV Stream Trunk need some suggestions

Hello, I found this LV trunk from a local estate sale.
In AS Is conditions with everything original
I wonder if you could help me to identify the age model and probably a market value?

You should be able to date it by the branch list: Paris, Lille, Nice and London.

I moved the trunk off the gravel to my basement now.
shall I keep all the label? They look cool and help to track the history.
Also did you notice the name and address on the top? I did a research and I couldn't find a match

 

Quel relief! Trunk off the gravel. Label remains on trunk. Parfait. Yes, I did research name and address. Didn't find much but wondered if might be the missus of this J.H. Liddell. He might have stayed in Shanghai at war's start; she might have sailed back to U.S.

I also found the address. There are photos online. Looks like a historical house.

don't touch. leave as is. special auction. Paris would be best of course, because they still have well hidden away specialists to renovate such stuff with original materials (you won't find them in the phone book).

Not sure why house would be "historical." Nice upper middle class property in desirable Oakland neighborhood. J. H. Liddell (link above) died in Alameda County, in which Piedmont is located, so very possible there may be a connection.
