Vintage rhinestone and glass necklace & bracelet, demi parure -- maker?

This set might just be from an unknown maker, but wondered if the clasp on either the necklace or bracelet pointed to anyone. Vendome, maybe?

The green larger beads almost seem like they might be ceramic which is unusual.

Vendome is possible, but I've seen it marked West Germany too as often as not.
