I got these today and still cannot find this hallmark. They are NOT marked 925 or sterling anywhere but I tested with my acid kit and they are sterling.
They are inlaid with mother of pearl, red coral and others.

Does anyone know this hallmark ?

    Thank You

Billy, I've seen about 40 'sunface' marks, none of them like yours.
It is probably a maker's mark, and the inlay style is Zuni. But without the maker's name, you can't tell for sure.

Yes it's a strange sunface but I Goggled Zuni inlay and they are all raised inlay, I didn't find any flat inlay.

Guess you weren't looking in the right place,"Zuni inlay" in Google images shows hundreds of flush mount inlay.

Yes, it would. The early Zuni inlay was always flush, and they kept/keep making flush inlay alongside the later raised inlay.
The black stone is Acoma jet.
My guess for these is made in the 1990s.
