Silver? Tray

Hello. I need help with identification this tray.Its very big aprox 30 cm width.heavy aprox 880 grams
arround material got different thickness than center, its three legs
No magnetic, possibly silver, center gold plated. i dont find any hallmarks, possibly somebody cover it when try fix rips arround.

Looks like an EP Brass salver polished to within an inch of its life to me, but maybe it is gold washed silver?

 

Over-polished silver plate I agree with. Gold-washed seems unlikely to me.

The tan area in center of the underside - is it the remnants of a paper label?

 

I think So this is sp. But its not magnetic

 

A magnet is not a positive test for silver, magnets stick to ferrous metals, so if there is no iron or steel in the base metal a magnet won't stick.

 

Exatcly how i think. White metal always stick to magnet. Except alloy but its to heavy for alloy
