Crystal dangle earrings

I know these are not old but new, I just wanna prove this lady wrong that visits my friends thrift store often and hangs out and all she does is talk. Anything you have done, she has done it to, a total narcissist.
She said these crystal earrings you can buy at the 99 cent store, is she correct ?
They are heavy crystal and seem to be very well made.

Thanks Komokwa. The lady I am talking about works at dollar tree and used to work at 99 cent store, she is so full of herself. The lady I bought them from today was very well dressed, she had high class items like, Gucci, Prada purses, Chanel shoes, Luxury fur coats and a very nice home, so I don't see how that narcissist lady said they where from the 99 cent store. if you tell her something you got or did, hers is always better.

 

just make certain the stones aren't real before you swap em..........

 

How do I tell, they have a blueish look at some angles. what do I look for or how do i test for ? What am I looking for, crystal, glass, or ?

 

The cut on the sides is of superb quality..

 

Looks like the pavilion is full of bubbles.

 

I know but it's just dust and small tiny scratch marks...I seen through my eye loupe
and no bubbles.

 

They have a lovely sparkle. Swarovski crystals maybe?

 

To me they look like decent crystals and I really like the metalwork on them. Perhaps the hooks have been switched out for cheap ones, they don't look the same quality, but really that's hard to tell for me without touching them. I'd say the lady is blowing it out her umm...ears?

Do what you want about "telling" her of your find, but personally I wouldn't be "telling" her one dadgum thing about any of my "finds" (but that's just me.)

Yes, in her own mind she's always right.
You're right Billy, she sounds like a narcissist. That is a personality disorder, which means she will keep doing this. Narcissists have a nasty way of taking their insecurities out on others. Putting others down is the only way she can have some feeling of self-esteem.
The best way to deal with narcissists is to stay as far away from them as you can. I tell you this from very close, extended, personal experience, and some necessary research.

 

ya....& as sara hucklberry sanders says....about her narcissist....he's a counter puncher....he'll fight back when he feels like he's under attack......
....which is just about all the time !!
