    Hello all, I've decided to can the lurking and actually put my toe in the waters of a forum for once. My name is Vincent and I've been collecting and occassionally selling antiques for 5 or so years now. I have a paticular inclination to buy anything that gives of a guady vibe, so I consider mid-century pieces to be some of my very favorites. I hope to get to know some of you better as time passes. I'll attach some pictures of some of my favorite purchases/rescues.

    Thanks for the warm welcome all. Funny thing about the mechanist chest, I actually pulled it from a junk yard a couple years back, its been making a great small tool chest ever since too!

    And yes, Kingofthings, it is indeed a record cabinet. I tend to fall in love with anything vinyl when I have the oppertunity to buy it. I bought it along with a Selig chair, and both have been a welcomed adition to some hifi listening. Ill attach some pics of the chair for anyone interested
