Funny stuff man, your so cool. I see the walking dead every day in my city, it's called Hemet, Ca. Lots of meth addicts, homeless, welfare, thugs, robberies daily, home invasions, murders, kidnappings, you name it, this city is out of control. When I go out side to have a smoke on my porch at night, I see thugs walking around, homeless people with shopping carts etc. It's for sure the walking dead here, I'm surprised I'm still alive. Been in 2 fights in 7 years I have been here, good thing I'm Billy Bad Butt. Hope you all have a better life than me and safe, take care all.
    Remember that Billy Loves you.....

    Thanks! I try. :)

I’ve been to Hemet a few times but not since the end of the 80’s and into the early 90’s. There were some great antique shops.
I used to live in and around Encinitas and cruised the areas in my ‘68 Nova SS.
I was president of Classic Chevys of San Diego in ‘88.
We had our picnic in the valley West of Mt. Palomar that year.

Wow man, since the end of the 80's it was safe here. Since then lots of seniors talk about the violence and burglaries, they remember back in the day when this was a peaceful retirement city, then our government let in the thugs, the paroles, etc.

    :(
    I did like it there.
Didn’t come down hard enough on the bags of festering dog s**t back then and so now ‘they’ wonder what has happened and blame everyone else.
    Insanity abounds. :(

Those of us from Jersey City, NJ remember when NO one would touch or bother a child or a senior for the perp would never forget what was done to them before the cops were called...if they were.
Many cops were big Irishmen and they just did not take s**t from anyone.
Many of those were part time bartenders and bouncers at the same time. The advantage to that
being they knew trouble if it walked in. Back up wouid be there momentarily.
Despite it being one of the most diverse, and packed of people, cities in the country the % of crime per capita was below ‘normal’.
I never worried about a thing and as soon as I could start getting away with it I’d go to NYC alone for the same ‘system’ held true there. People who didn’t even know you would protect and take care of you.

Yeah, it used to be a good city in the 90's and before. My dad lived here in 92 then moved to Modesto Ca. because he had to many classic cars he was working on, 29 to be exact, had to move to his friends property which was about 15 acres and a full car workshop. He moved back in 2009 with 7 classic cars, he came back because he had friends here, after bout 1 year, he wanted to leave again because of the filth and crime. Now I am here dealing with all the scum.
