Need Help w/These! Cement(?) Indian Door Stop(?) + Cigar Shop Indian Figure Signed...Ephrin(?)

I found these 2 pieces at a local thrift store today. The door stop(?) I thought was cast iron because of the weight but looks like cement or plaster(?) from the back & has a Strata Group logo.
The 2nd one I also don't know what it's made of but it looks like a cigar store Indian & it's signed with the copyright symbol & then - Ephrin?

Is the first one a door stop?
Does anyone know a Ephrin artist from 2nd one?
Are these anything special or student's works?

They measure 11" (Ephrin) & 10" (door stop)

They're cool & I'd like to know anything about them - so I knew here was where to bring them!

The door stop is dated 1987, so as a doorstop it probably doesn't have much value

 

Looks like it was repainted not too long ago.
