Ceramic box with Pelicans in Yellow

    Hi everybody
    A piece i have had for some time and thought i would find something similar over time but to no avail.
    Perhaps someone knows who this maybe by. It has a small impressed mark but unreadable to me.

    Are the swans painted or engraved? Looks modern, newer, 60s-70s. I like yellow and black contrast. It’s beautiful. Not an expert, just curios cat

    The swans have a scratched outline then painted. Modern it is.
