Jade Earrings

Just backings marked with 14kt so the rest I guess can be easily just plated? Plus, the silver tone soldering on the back...

 

Those look more like Pekin Glass to me.

 

There is a type of mottled green and white jade often called 'Qing jade'. That is what it looks like to me.

 

Though the round patches of color (mottling) can look like Peking glass, the texture seems jade jadeite. So, I agree with @Any Jewelry even if I never heard the name Qing jade before

You don't give the size, I suspect they are buttons or cufflinks mounted later with the earrings posts.

So, I guess the mounts and the posts are not gold if they used silver solder?

 

Soft silver solder is used even on gold when you can't heat much the piece because you don't want or can remove the stones...
