Egypt cap but made in Oakland,Ca.

    This cap is weird to me, Egypt wording but made in the US. Came with the bag to the left of it with same makers name.
    Any ideas on what this is suppose to be and about what era ?

    BTW, the proper name for this headpiece is a "fez."

    They have the guys who ride around on little clown cars in parades. They also have some seriously good children's hospitals around the country. It's one of the fraternal outfits.
