Asian sterling goblet hallmarked

    I have been trying to find this hallmark on sterling. It's a swallow right ?
    Now I wonder if this is Chinese, Japanese, Korean or ? I tested it with my testing kit, solid silver.
    Does anyone know about this globlet ?

    The shape and "Greek key" design around the top don't look very old to me. The only online marks from China that I know of are older than the communist regime there (mid-20th century) and don't include this one. Sorry.

    All I know is the marks are upside-down, and I'm pretty sure they're Japanese.
