    Cow horn. Item shown is a chifle which is a type of flask used by gauchos. Inscription likely a quote from the poem 'Martin Fierro' by Argentinian writer José Hernández.

    And -- with all due respect -- you would better serve your potential eBuyers by doing your research before listing items. Not sure I'd consider this worthy of the "Folk Art & Indigenous Art" category. More likely a souvenir (which explains why it's labelled "Argentina.")
