Solid Oak Dining Room Suite

    Hi,
    I have a dining room suite: table (with leaf), six chairs, server, hutch, credenza. There is a sticker on the bottom of each chair that reads: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labour and Industry. Harrisburg. Registry No. 1388. Can anyone tell me what year this is from? The suite is now located in western Canada. Also, each piece has a stencil with an Order Number: 86 -731.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    A picture of the "sticker" from the chairs will help, of course, but they are usually only related to the upholstery and not to the rest of the chair.
