    It is a German ca 1920s .935 silver brooch with marcasites, not diamonds.:(
    You can test the pearl by rubbing it against the front of your teeth. If it is real it feels gritty. Most of pearls in these 1920s marcasite brooches are not real, so don't worry if it doesn't feel gritty.

    I was thinking it could be marcasites. I did buy an inexpensive diamond tester and it did show them as diamonds but, I know marcasites can give a false positive.
