Ceramic duck coming out of egg

Not sure if this is ceramic or resin, haven't tested yet. Just want to know the maker, a very hard hallmark or signature for me.
I got so much stuff last couple of days, I think I'm having anxiety, oh no. hard to sleep some nights, to much on the brain about things I have. I wonder if it's normal or an addiction to keep buying things, it's in my blood since about 5 years old.
Off this subject about me, who made this duck ?

Billy, there've been a few on eBay, but nobody seems to be able to figure out the maker's names - or much else about these.
