I love salvage and repurposing!

    Hello all! I'm a beginner collector of odds and ends and I love repurposing and restoring vintage items. I try to stick with period correct things when it comes to restoration, style, look, type of paint, color, and salvage as much of the original item as I can. I love making lamps from various things and steampunk style items from true blue used and vintage things. I hope we cross paths! God bless

    I love to see repurposed items; I wish I had the artistic knack for creating them too!

    Thank you so much everyone! I'm going to love being here I can tell hahah. I don't have pics of a lot of my things yet but I'll make a thread just for them, I'll call it Matts Restos. I made an album
    In the gallery called Restos and repurpose anyone is welcome to post ideas or projects! I'm starting with an arc welder from the 60s that quit and I'm sprucing it up to be an end table
