I ask dear experts to help with the definition of this figure.
It was found on the territory of Ukraine in the settlement.
Together there were pottery from the Roman Empire and the Dinaric

Could it have a restoration to the Roman Empire

Was this object removed from the ground (dug up)?

If so, the best answers to your questions would have been provided by the archeological context in which it was found.

Anything we might say here will just be guesses.

That said, he appears to be wearing a Phrygian cap, and may be a horse rider.

I do not know the full nature of your activities - but I want to emphasize that removing artifacts from sites without proper archeological controls may be considered looting. Selling such artifacts contributes to an illicit trade, and destroys historical information that is important to many people.

I will not be answering any more of your questions.

Sergsievil should have a right to explain conditions of dig before being condemned.

In my homeland in Ukraine, this hobby is not forbidden. We can't dig in the settlements which are entered in the state register. We do not dig burials, we do not dig mounds. We rest in the allowed places. There are many such places in Ukraine. Che is not punished by law. We in Ukraine do not have a regulatory body that controls this. State museums do not have the funds to purchase such items.

I do not break the law, if the state asks me for this figure, I will give it to the state ... I love my country and appreciate its history

Thank you for explaining, @Sergsievil. Destruction of sites is such a widespread problem these days that I tend to be very suspicious when archeological objects are posted here on the forum.

You still must register them with proper mapping of where you found them.
Hobbyist digging is still digging, and the absence of the controlling mechanisms is a problem, not an excuse
