Looking for help on makers mark on peacock brooch

Hi everyone. Hoping to pick your brains again. I can not find out the maker of this peacock brooch. It look like it says "wm" and then has a R in a circle after the wm. I have searched looking for who this could be and have had absolutely no luck. The brooch is 12cm in length and about 4cm high. Any thoughts is greatly appreciated on who this is and when it was made. Thanks again.

 

The R is an American mark for Registered Trademark. It does look like a WM, but it's too new for me to know much about it. If someone called it vintage, they meant vintage 2010s. Those are new stones, and I've seen lots of them made in the last decade or two in Thailand and China.

 

Missing a few rhinestones in the back tail. It does look newer -- would think post 2000. Later than 1990s for sure. A nod to vintage, but almost certainly a newer pin from China. Nice bold piece, though.
