Vintage ceramic dish. Can you see what the country of origin is?

    Hi guys!

    The paint on this is raised. I thought it was a cool little plate but I have not found anything like it. Is this a trinket? I know it is at least vintage but I cannot read the origin on the back. So you recognize it? Thank you for any help you provide

    I cannot wait for my long weekend! Got any plans??
