Today close to my home was a sale ran by an older lady around 80, she was moving to a care facility at end of month. Everything was inside the home, I was the only one there for about 1 hour. I stayed there longer because I enjoyed talking to her, though her prices where very low, so I gave her extra for stuff I got. This quilt she was asking $3, I gave her $10.
Anyways, any ideas on this quilt, age, style, or name ?

    Thanks

Thank you for taking the time to talk to her. As low as her prices were I suspect the visiting was one of the most important parts of the sale for her. It is a very pretty quilt although I can't help with info.

Yeah, another man came in later and was talking to her, then he walked away and told me, that man talks to much. She was really a sweetheart of a lady, I hated leaving..

I have a sinking feeling that's a commercial quilt rather than a hand-made one. If so you still didn't get burned, because it's in great shape. Home made quilts generally have more quilting on them than that, and in different places. The backing fabric looks off too. If it's plain it's often muslin or a sheet. This looks coarse, and in pure white it just looks wrong. I can't see enough of the stitching on the front to be sure. (I know little about really old quilts, but have burned through my share of needles, bobbins, thread spools, etc.)
