What the heck is it? Pottery - Animal Handle, hole in bottom and side.

    7 3/4" tall, I am sure some touristy item but what the heck is it? is there a real life use for this? It has a small hole in the side, an animal handle on the top and a hole in the bottom. =/ whatsit.jpg whatsit1.jpg

    It is a Peruvian souvenir, inspired by pre-Columbian pottery and textile motifs.The animal probably represents a jaguar.
    It was made in the Cuzco area. Cuzco is the ancient Inca capital, in the Andes.
