Necklace #4 - green stone beads

    I want to say these are Aventurine because of the small darker spots and tiny 'sparkles' in the stone ... but I've never seen Aventurine this dark. What do you think?

    As with necklace #1, these beads are slightly out of round and most (if not all) all drilled slightly off-center. Because they are too opaque too see through, I cannot see the paths of the drilled holes.

    Thoughts to age?

    Yeppers - aventurine. It's the color they preferred back in the 80s.
