The first and second ones I purchased about 50 years ago in an antique shop. The first one is handpainted on porcelain and the second one looks like enamel. Both appear to be brass.

    This one is 1 1/2" by 1 3/4" and has a C clasp.

This one is tiny. Only about 1/2" in diameter and also has a C clasp.

And finally, this bar pin is 2 1/4". It is marked but poorly and possibly it reads 575. I have not been able to get a clear picture of the mark. It has a rollover clasp. It cleaned up like sterling but I'm not sure. I picked it up at a garage sale a couple of years ago. DSCN0367.JPG DSCN0369.JPG

Thanks for any assistance or opinions.

Those all look 20s or 30s to me.

Thanks OBB. And I forgot to ask, where might they be from? Would the big hand painted one be a piece that was made commercially?

I think the bar pin looks newer, maybe 1960's....

I suspect your hand painted one was a hobby painter. It was a Thing. ;)

I thought the one might be by a hobby painter. Thanks for the information. As always it is much appreciated.

I think I will just call the bar pin vintage.
