Interesting Black Americana Doll

    Bought this gal at a yard sale this weekend..

    Her face, hands, and shoes are leather.
    Her face and body are stuffed with hay.
    She is all hand stitched.

    Was she home made or or a mass produced piece?
    Any idea on how old she is?

    With that red and yellow still so vibrant, there is not much age to it, so pretty recent.
