Need help to identify a sword

32 inches long, looks like civil war, but not sure

Sorry but I'm hot seeing anything I like here....
Clip point on a sword......???
Sheath is machine sewed...& not original...unless this is just a wall hanger..
the pommel looks like a screw and nut...
the guard is weak..
the fuller is for show only..

it sure doesn't look like this.....


or this 1860 light cavalry ....


or even this massive bowie knife.......



Sorry , I can't identify this as being a real killing weapon.....
maybe someone else can....but in the meantime.....
don't stab anyone with it !!!.....Just in case..

Although the US Navy 1917 cutlass did have a modified clip point....
they're not seen on many military weapons ...
save some Naval swords...when you travel back in time...
