    Stands 6 1/2" tall. Opening measures 5" x 2 1/4". What is it's purpose?

Madonna and child. That very wide dress is typical of the way they are often depicted in Central Europe.

Did Tiara do religious items? Maybe made by Fenton or Indiana?
Just throwing it out there. Really have no idea.

Googled images and even looked at Replacements...nothing.

Try Deganhart or Boyd or Summit as maker.

The 3rd picture looks like it may have an indented base, but if it's hollow most of the way up, it may be a bell with the clapper missing.

I a pressed piece and hollow saves on glass and make the pressing easier.

    I think it's missing a clapper.

Not a bell, nothing inside that held a clapper.

It sure looks like a lid for something

    Candy jar perhaps?

I just noticed it is oval. Scrap the candy jar idea. But it still looks like a lid for something.

Clappers are sometimes held in place with a dab of glue.

Yup - or a dab of hot metal glass which disappears.
