Jewelry sellers, where do you get boxes?

For earrings, I buy plastic Easter eggs at tag sales and when they get marked down after Easter. Tape them shut with packing tape, and pack the items in tissue, and they're pretty well crush-proof. They're also dirt cheap, and people love them.

When you factor in the shipping, I still think eBay is the cheapest for bulk orders.

But I do like those small plastic ones from the dollar store - had never thought of them before.

Wow, some of those are a good deal! 100 of the small boxes for $25 including the shipping to my zip.

That'd be a little more than my plastic containers, but they do look more professional. If I ever can't get my plastic boxes, I'll keep those guys in mind.

And it does look like they ship fast too!
That is one thing I don't like about some eBay sellers.

I get them at the thrift store! In the miscellaneous section they sell bags full for a couple of bucks. A few times I found that a box contained a little piece of jewelry!

I also used Rio Grande when I sold jewelry, they have earring cards and all kinds of boxes for jewelry types plus they ship fast :)

Also sterling earring wires I would buy to replace on earrings I bought at Thrifts, etc.since they are free of germs :)

My boxes have been coming from a local supermarket. They have this dollar bin of plastic storage boxes, including some four-packs of little cube-shaped ones. At a buck a package, the plastic boxes hold all sorts of things and are sturdy enough to withstand the USPS gorillas.
