Teeny Tiny Sterling & Gold Lute

    I've always loved this sweet little guy and have tried to research it several times over the years. Never had any luck. I pulled it out again today and discovered that it has an extra mark that I never noticed before. The pic of the marks is taken through a loupe with the camera zoomed in all the way and it's still difficult to make anything out. Unfortunately, I don't think I can do any better. It's so tiny! The whole piece is only 2" tall.

    Any ideas?

    The smaller mark is the town of assay
