I think that would be called a button accordion; and unless there is a name on it, and a famous name at that; or if it perhaps is in good working order, which does not seem to be the case - it is likely not worth anything. It looks to be in pretty rough shape, and the cost to make it playable could easily exceed the cost of buying a new one. I'd suggest keeping as a wall-hanger, or try selling on ebay for whatever you can get.
