I apologize for the pics, this isn't easy to get pictures of, I've tried so many different ways. It's unmarked. I need to know which direction to look. I've tried many different way and have looked at so many that I dream about it at night....ugh!

It's clear on top, frosted on the bottom, depressed and embossed feel to the underside. The rim is offset 2.5" on one side and 1.125" on the other. It is 10.75" across and 1.25" tall. This thing is so heavy that my arthritic hand can barely hold it up for pics. I don't know if it's a bowl or a plate??? As always, i appreciate your help!

Believe this is what they call Slumped Glass.

Heating the plate over a form until it "slumped" is a two step process most like done by crafters. This looked Mexican or Portugal to me.
