Help ID’ing this lil’ fella

    Got a box full of miscellaneous items valued ranging from $5 to a possible $100+ each. I found most with easy effort but this little 5” long guy is being elusive. The images of the signature is 100% in focus but so hard for me to read. Hoping it rings a bell with someones past knowledge. Looks like he/she *shrugs* use to be glued to a stand at one time by the glue on the bottom.

    Interesting on the signature, SIS. My item seems to start from the right to left as in the script of the J, and your image goes from the left to right(speaking of the initial hook in the J). Seems someone got the rights but not the sig, just dont know who :)
