Question about this table.

    This is a nice wooden table that I bought years ago at a yard sale. Looking for any insight on this piece.

    Doesn't look terribly old. Spanish Colonial-ish. Is that a black tile insert? If so and given it's visual weight, I'd think 1980s maybe.

    Id almost bet someone cut the legs down . I think thats tile painted black .

    If you expand the picture you will see every surface is littered with worm holes.
    Or someone stabbed it with a dart.
