Dying to identify this chair!

    I've been scratching my head on this one. Haven't seen anything like it. Best advice I've received is that it's Georgian. Any info is so appreciated!

    Possibly transitional from the Queen Anne to Georgian period in style. Whether or not it is period is hard to tell from these photos. My feeling is that it is likely a late Victorian example.

    I'd say late or post-Victorian, ca. 1900-1915.

    Not a clue here but late victorians did like to mix several styles/fashions in the same piece, i have no idea why.

    Hi and WELCOME, Hemster! I'm not really one of the furniture 'gurus' so can't help there, but if I didn't already post this little tutorial for you on getting your images up FULL SIZE, hope this helps....you might also want to lighten them up bit...they seem pretty dark.....there are others here who can also help along these lines as well....Good luck!!!!
