There are ways to express that you feel an opinion is wrong or another commenter is mistaken while remaining polite. Just fair warning that condescension or "calling out" people genuinely interested in helping you is a good way to get on the bad side of a lot of folks here. I hope you do decide to stick around.

I find your comments to be exceedingly rude.
There are very few people worldwide who can actually be called "experts". I have certainly never said I was.

We all offer our opinions of which you may take them or leave them. You are asking for help which we willingly give to the best of our abilities.
We have people who specialize in certain areas, we have authors of books, we have people who have been dealers for 40 years. There is a vast amount of knowledge here that you are tapping into.

You owe this board an apology for your rudeness to us.
As it is now you have made yourself poison and I doubt many here will help you at all.

 

i dont owe anybody an apology. all i did was question the "OPINION" of some of you. since you are not experts there is no reason for any of you to get all huffy because i questioned your "all knowing powers." i am well within my rights to question your OPINIONS if i feel they are wrong. you cant say "well you are rude for questioning a certain person." why? because of YOUR pride and ego? you just said yourself none of you are experts, so how is it that you get offended when i question your opinion? it is you people who are rude...not me.

I'm fairly certain the expert could confirm that Josiah's Capodimonte and his attitude are both shit even if he failed to follow Davey's advice.
