Featured Inspired by Brad's unkown piece - a roughly similar piece

Seeing Brad's blue glazed piece reminded me I had this piece packed away in a box - won it as part of a box lot at an auction some years ago now. Unmarked - yellowish clay - blue/green glaze with mottled lavender/grayish spots/blobs. Thought I'd throw it up here to perhaps compare/contrast with Brad's and/or see if anyone can help ID it. Sadly it has an old chip on the rim but I love the color and shape of the thing. Fairly heavy for it's size. It's about 6 1/2" diameter at it's widest point - 4 3/4" tall - weighs 31oz.

Brush-McCoy fawn vase in matte vellum glaze. I think this is probably the most common old pottery vase found in the US. I can't number the ones I have had through the years. Most commonly found in the matte vellum glaze but does show up in onyx frequently. Have also seen it in plain colors. I am sure that I still have a couple somewhere.
