Silver Bangle makers help. EH .925

I think when I bought this last year I was hopeful it was one of the Navajo EH’s despite it not being blatantly NA in style. Doesn’t match any of those I can find though. I only had a minute or two in a thrift store and just made an impulse buy. It has a nice form which is hard to capture in photos. I feel like NA silver is more often marked “sterling” than “.925” (Or am I making that up?) so that’s not a good sign for NA probably. Any ideas?

 

ya...925 doesn't seem Navajo...
plus...no work on the top.........at all......hard to say that's NA...

 

but maybe....on an outside chance....possibly....it just wasn't finished yet....
like one of the most unusual ones i ever found...

 

What do you consider "NA style"? Do you think everything needs to be SW style?The older pieces were marked sterling,but in today's world many are now marked 925.

I would call that a cuff bracelet, a bangle is a round bracelet that slips over your hand

I thought that quite often older NA jewelry wasnt marked at all ? That looks like a 70s design ,but what do I know ?

 

Agree. Coincidentally (or not,) that was the era when Peretti introduced her cuff.
