Any thoughts and info about this print is highly appreciated! The dimensions are 28x43.5cm (11x17"). Thank you!
Kind of interesting. Selling it? Try a print first if you do. Do something to it for the listing so it can't be copied easily and if it sells then sell more. Offer size options. If no luck let it go itself.
Hi King, Thanks so much, but you're just losing a German here What do you exactly mean. I'm kind of lost in translation
Yes, maybe someone knows something about this picture/print? What is the style is called, how old could it be, photographer, if it might have any value, etc.?
Well Debora gave you a year spread. My first reaction is it's silver nitrate. Not certain. If you can't put a photographer to it I doubt it's of much value unless you try what I first said and are lucky. That said.... wait for Fig and others.
Thanks, I will wait a bit! Since I don't even know what the style is called, googling didn't really help. There is just too much out there.
It is hard to see from the picture, But I would say 1957 or 1958, Before 1957 the rear glass was smaller. And in 1959 the tail lamps were made larger. i had a 1958 from Germany which i restored and entered in shows a while back.took first place one year. It had no front signal lamps, they were pop up signals on the doors. called semiphores. really cool cars back then. I have some pictures somewhere, ill see if i can find them. I hope this helps. Mikey
