Help to indentify the Japanese charger

    Hello everyone, I have this charger as a gift from my grandmother last week. This is beautiful thing I've ever seen. But I and my grandmother haven't known about the mark to find its valuation. Do you have any idea about it? I think this mark is in Japanese.

    It’s attractive but modern and printed. Not very valuable in my opinion. Sorry.

    “Decorative value only” is the phrase we toss around. It is fairly new, a print, not hand-painted and so it doesn’t have “collectible” value — at this time, ceramics’ values are in the dumpster, though.

    My left ear is purely for decorative purposes, since it doesn't actually function.
